I purchased a Gold plated ring from them last October for a 60th Birthday present for my mum.She didn't start wearing it until 6th December and it already looks like it is 20 years old.

I paid over £120 for this and already the ring is tarnished and unwearable. I have many pieces of jewellery that are gold plated that are over 5 years old and are still as new. I contacted customer services to be told there is only a 120 day guarantee on the ring and basically they just washed their hands of any responsibility from that point. I was reluctant to purchase from them based on a couple of bad reviews however thought I would give the benefit of the doubt.

NEVER EVER will i EVER purchase from this company again!Absolutely disgraceful
