Poor quality
Ordered Betty Boop wall clock which was for a gift. Poor quality noted on inspection, battery compartment looks poor and door did not fit.
The clock could not be seen even when looking at it. The figure covered the bottom half of the clock and the voice recording was muffled not worth it

It's my 15-year wedding anniversary, and I decided to order my wife a ring. Nothing fancy, but still something with meaning behind it.
I ordered the Entwined in Love couples ring. I added my and my wife's names on it. The ring arrived, and it looks like a children's ring. The names on the ring are microscopic.
I gave it to my wife, and she put it on her pinky finger like a fugging Italian mobster. An hour later, one of the so-called diamonds fell out. I reached out to the Bradford Exchange via email a few times already with no reply.
Scam Central over there. Not sure who they paid off to get those so-called Top Seller awards, but it's a load of crap.

My father ordered a watch,which duly arrived. He sent a cheque, which was returned, to his address but wrong name,so he did not open the letter.
On my arrival I opened said letter, I attempted to deal with it over the telephone but because the name was incorrect it would not allow me to continue. Now he has additional payments added,due to non payment.

Tried to ring Customer service but had no luck.We have not had the watch as it was delivered to another address. About 12 hours after we paid the 1st payment I tried to get the company send the watch to where we now live but we were told they could not do this. Over a month ago a purchased a product off you that is a model Lancaster Bomber that hovers above a round base using magnets. however, no matter how i try to get this affect using the instructions provided (and thats over a month of trying), I can't get this to happen which in my view makes the product 'Not fit for Purpose'. and as such I need you to send me a returns label (at your expense) and instructions on how to send it back for a full refund of at present eighty nine pounds ninety eight pence (£89.98).
