I have been trying to talk to someone at this office for weeks regards to the final payment for an item purchased before Christmas.The automated line will only allow you to make payments even though you have the option to dispute the invoice.

They say you can contact them by email and post, but they never respond.

I am currently seeking legal action to try and get this payment issue sorted, they are currently threatening to take further action, how are you supposed to get things sorted where they lack in customer service.There that should bee 100 words as requested

This company hardly ever responds to the e-mails.I don't know why but...As for reaching them by phone, good luck.

It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get someone.

As for writing a letter in without sending a check in with it, don't count of getting a response.That part of the correspondence sits on a shelf for weeks.

You haven't been with the company for very long, Christ, have you?The customers can e-mail this company all they want.

E-mails seldom get answered and as for incoming mail, unless there is a check enclosed, it won't be answered. It sits on a shelf for many weeks. When did you send in some correspondence? This is almost May.

I bet it is still sitting on a shelf.Good luck.
