They sent me what I didn't order and now they do not respond to my e-mails or calls
In the begining of April 2013 Bradford Exchange sent me Cockoo clock pretending that I ordered it, but i DID NOT ORDER. I sent e-mail and made three calls asking to take it back, but after promise that somebody will contact in three days, but they never did. Now they sending me invoices to pay money for that rubbbish. They are useless, do not care about client comfort. I never ever buy anything from them and my friends and all who I know too. I will spread the word how useless they are.Do not trust Bradford exchange and do not buy from them.

Christmas scam
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, READ IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY!!!Well well this is not a surprise that I am sending yet another email to this useless company that doesn't deliver on promises, I wrote on your page over a week ago warning you that if my dad did not receive the gift he ordered in November 2012 for Christmas. So here I am letting all your customers know what kind of useless, devious, greedy liars your are. Before you tell me you only deal with US customers, let me remind you that you are an international company so as your UK based company aren't on here, you're just going have to get off your backside and passed the message on. So after my last message you obviously passed it on the UK company of the same name and they actually got of their greedy lazy backside and replied to my email and also rang my dad to reiterate this email sent to me on Wednesday 2nd Jan 2013 at 12:10 “Thank you for your e-mail.We are very pleased to advise that your order is now on the way to you. Your item should be delivered to you by the 9th January. If you have not received your order by this date please allow an extra 48 hours before contacting us to ensure we have allowed for any postal delays. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and are sure you will be delighted with your item once it is received.Kind Regards Customer ServiceThe Bradford GroupClient Services (08712 22****)”So you've allowed him to waste yet another day waiting and waiting for this none existent gift to arrive, well you've pissed the wrong person off, unlike most people I will take this as further and continue writing daily on your page till you pass this message on the crafty, thieving company you are.I've had the pleasure of going through you facebook page and surprise surprise even you in the US have a lot of bad comments from people not receiving the gifts they ordered and you inane bull...t to fob people off using the same bull that the UK company use as a way to pretend they are doing something. So no I'm not going to wait for 48hrs after the date you eventually came up with to respond to the email that was send as you new perfectly it was never going to arrive, so if I was you you'd better make sure that my dad's gift Ref: B705****. Now they blocked me from posting on their facebook page, so next stage is twitter, expose these scammers.

Bradford Exchange - warning !
I strongly urge every reader to avoid this Organization. They are extremely poor in their customer care service and treat `valued` customers with utter contempt. Very quick to take our HARD EARNED money but deliberately choose to ignoreour very simple and valid requests for update on delivery. Ignored our emails and our attempts to phone them. When the goods eventually arrived they were of extremely poor quality. I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I had been taken in by their glitzy promotion on their website. Please look elsewhere for items before commiting to buying from Bradford Exchange. You WILL find much superior quality for cheaper price.

Words cannot describe just how poor the service I have received from this company.... I ordered a doll for my daughter ( that was in stock) over a month ago. I have sent four emails to track the order all of which they say they will reply to in one day... And I have heard nothing,.. Eventually I got through on the phone after being on hold an hour... To be told " oh yes the doll was out of stock but luckily we have received 200 in today... So when I asked if I would have it in time for Christmas they couldn't guarantee it.... But if I paid £24 courier charge they could... ( bearing in mind it was ordered a month ago this wasn't a charge I should have had to pay for a doll worth £125... But I did... And guess what a week later the doll still hasn't arrived... AVOID THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE AT ALL COSTS... DIABOLICAL SERVICE AND AM AMAZED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IN THIS DAY AND AGE.... UNBELIEVEABLE

on the 1st November i ordered a personalized musical box for my daughter for christmas. I called a few times enquiring about my order and was asassured it would be delivere before christmas. on the 13th December i was promised that it had definately been despatched and DEFINATELY be received by the 22nd Dec. The box cost £60 and deliveryt an expensive extra and i could not afford to buy anything else . It had not come on the 22nd and by then B.E>wereclosed or not answering their phones . I prayed it would arrive christmas eve as i had paidthe ful amount and had no more money. After the New Year, I was told quite tbluntly that i was told on 13th that my item was out of stock and apparantly I didnt even ask for my money back so i could buy my daughter a replacement gift!!!/// I was so upset christmas day as I had no money to buy my daughter present and had spent the same amount on my other two daughters and grand daughter. I Have jus checked my bank account and there is still no refund. I have not had an email or letter or a single word of an apology.I am absolutly disgusted with this company and they dont care about honesty to their customers

Bradford Exchange = junk trinkets !
I strongly suggest people avoid using the Bradford Exchange. Impossible to get through to them by phone and they ignore emails. Parasites !. Expensive to buy their goods, but the goods are cheap, tacky, trinkets. I have seen better in junk shops and bargain-basement stores. Quality is pathetic. The customer service is diabolical and these people are *** who choose to deliberately ignore their `valued` customers. Well done Bradford Exchange for managing to get me to part with my HARD EARNED money, but, I can assure you - you will never have me or friends and family as customers in the future. I will write bad reviews in every site that i can find.

Bradford Exchange....bollox!!!
After having ordered a ring for my partner well before Xmas, and confirmed twice, once at time of order, and again during the wait for delivery, that it would be with me in time for Xmas, get told on the 19th of Dec that it won't be arriving after all due to 'Supplier'!! This company are a *** nightmare to deal with, you wait interminably on the phone to speak to an advisor, and even prior to getting in the *** you have to put up with the automated line and selecting various options before waiting up to half an hour or more!! Rang today as I'd been told on the 19th that it would be with me early January....nope and not even sent out yet, the 'Advisor' has promised to ring me back 'this week' as she needs to speak to a snior supervisor to find out what is happening with my order!! All my details are correct yet now it would appear I'm lost in the system...bloody ***, you try and contact them using the onsite 'mail' and receive no reply, and are just generally treat like ***, not impressed at all with their service, which is a shame as their goods are really quite nice if not so cheap which if they WERE cheap then maybe the shoddy service could be at least partly acceptable, as it is it's not and if nothing transpires quickly then I shall be cancelling this order!

Bradford Exchange lied about delivery and letter sent.
Having been sent an exclusive limited edition mail shot I decided to purchase a collection for my husband for his birthday. These items were ordered 2 months prior to Christmas. I was assured the items would arrive before Christmas, I wasn't too worried about this as the items were not for Christmas but were needed a few weeks later. Having received nothing almost 2 weeks after Christmas I contacted the company and was told the items had not be dispatched as there was a problem with my card details. I asked why was I not contacted and was told I had been sent a letter 2 weeks earlier. I stated that I had received no such letter, and was informed that wasn't really their problem. Having sorted out the payment I was informed that the items would not be sent due to the warehouse closing for a stock-take, and therefore nothing could be dispatched until after the 11th January. My husband would now be without any presents on his birthday as they would then not be delivered until the 16th - 20th January. Well today is the 20th and my husbands birthday was a week ago and still no presents for him. Having phoned the company back it would appear that the initial lady I spoke with lied about a letter having been sent to me and the date in which the initial payment was attempted. No payment had been attempted and no letter had been sent to me, this was confirmed by another customer services member. I have yet again called the company today and told that if the items haven't arrived by Monday to call back again. I have used this company in the past and had no problems but on this occasion I am extremely unhappy, one thing that I really can't tolerate is being lied to. Everyone makes mistakes but when these mistakes happen they should be owned up to, it is unacceptable to lie to customers. I have no doubt that my items will eventually be delivered however, my husbands birthday was ruined and I felt guilty that he had nothing to open, and a week later still no gifts.

The Bradford exchange: do not touch with a stick!!
My partner and me found a lovely 3 foot illuminated Kinkade Santa figure on sale through the Bradford Exchange. It was advertised on the back of a TV listing magazine, with a coupon to send off to reserve it. We did (in October) and weeks passed and we hadn't even had a confirmation letter or email. I even went through my spam every day to check! I emailed them twice to ask if they had received my order. Silence from them. Then a relative phoned them up to ask about it, gave all our details, and came back to us saying they had never received our order! my complaints: Why didn't they email me to tell me that? why ignore two emails with all my details and a very easy question?? Why did they speak to someone else about my order? what about confidentiality? why advertise on magazines if the orders magically vanish in the air (that's it, blame the Royal mail, even though other letters and cheques I posted that day made it ok) I thought the service was really poor, and I will never use them again and recommend everyone to stay well away from them. They have no respect for customers.

Bradford exchange-rip off cheats.
I ordered a disney x'mas tree in August 2011 after seeing an advert in a national news paper.the tree looked fantastic in the picture and I ordered one at a price of nearly £160. I thought I will open the package before x'mas and happen to open it today. I was shocked to see the product and it was a 3rd class cheap x'mas tree which hardly costs more than £20 smilar to one which you could buy from a road side seller.to my astonishment the product is also damaged and I have to saythat this is a rip off company and beware doing any trade with them. I am going to write to BBC watch dog to see whether they could name and shame this company on live TV.

Unsolicited goods from Bradford Exchange
My mother recently recieved a "Wonderous Winter Pullup" Xmas Tree she did not order. She ordered and paid for one back in August but a second one was delivered in November with a fresh order number and invoice. Despite contacting Bradford Exchange through their website, telling them of their error and asking them to collect it we have had no reply. I presume they think that as she's an elderly and vulnerable person, she'll succumb to their demands and pay up. However, after a bit of research I now find that it is an offence to send unsolicited goods with a demand for payment under the 1971 Unsolicited Goods Act and that she is now entitled to keep the tree. I have again emailed BE direct advising them once again of their error and recieved an "automatic reply" with a promise of contact within 5 days. Let's see if they arrange collection or write the tree off... K Holland
